Legitimation: The legitimacy for the processing of your personal data is the execution of the contract for the provision of LCRCOM services linked to GOOGLE APIs .

Recipients: The data (GOOGLE account: login and pastword) are shares with third parties (GOOGLE). No international transfer of personal data will take place.

Rights: The user of the services as a person interested in the processing of their personal data by LCRcom, may access, rectify or delete the data (Right to be forgotten), request the portability of the same, oppose the processing and request the limitation of the same; as well as not to be subject to automated individual decisions (Including profiling).

Rights as a user of communications via the Internet: the user, when making communications which are transmitted and received via the Internet, is entitled to the guarantee of his rights and freedoms, to neutrality on the Internet, to the security of his communications and to be informed of his rights by LCRcom.

For what purposes do we process personal data?

Optimisation of LCRCOM services with the “Application Programming Interfaces” (APIs) developed by GOOGLE, to allow communication between Google Services and LCRCOM services, through the different devices used by the user (mobile phone or PC). The functions and procedures of the Google APIs allow their functionalities to be reused for services that the user has contracted with LCRCOM, logging in securely through the Google account of the user of the services. LCRCOM uses these APIs to extend the functionality of its services.

How long we Will keep the data?

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship for the provision of the services is maintained and, once this relationship has ended, will be kept blocked for a period of 5 years in case it is necessary for the fulfilment of any legal obligation or claim to which the user is a party.

Whats the legitimacy of the data procesing?

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6.1.b RGPD, the execution of the contract for the provision of services to which the user is a party and LCRCOM is a GOOGLE Partner. If the user contracts our services, he must use the data of his GOOGLE account in order to be able to link the LCRCOM services to GOOGLE APIs. Likewise, we are entitled to process this data to comply with the legal obligations established in the General Telecommunications Law of Spain for the provision of telecomunications services, the RGPD; and any other legal regulations that apply to telecommunications services provided from Spain.

What´s the origin of the data?

The data is provided by the user himself.

To wich recipients the data will be shared?

The data will be shared with GOOGLE, being necessary for the provision and optimisation of the services contracted with LCRCOM (GOOGLE Partner).

Personal data (Data from your GOOGLE account) will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.

What are the rights as a data subject/affected party to the processing of personal data?

• Any user has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not LCRcom is processing personal data concerning them.
• The user has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances provided for in Article 18 GDPR, users may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims.

• Users may object to the processing of their data except where LCRCOM can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for such processing.
• By virtue of the right to portability, the user as a data subject has the right to obtain the personal data concerning him/her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller.
• The user has the right to object to automated individual decisions that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you in a similar way.

What are the rigths as a user of communications over the internet?

The user, when contracting LCRCOM services, as a user of communications that are transmitted and received via the internet, has the right that LCRCOM, as a service provider, guarantees the application of the legal regulations that protect their rights and freedoms; provides them with a transparent and non-discriminatory offer of services, that it provides the service ensuring the security of their communications via the internet and that they are informed of their rights.

The data that we process belong to the category of Customers of LCRCOM services linked to GOOGLE APIs.

• Identifying data: login and password of the GOOGLE account; as well as the user’s IP.
• Data relating to telecommunications services: contracted services.
